Trial

New customers can request a free 24-hour trial. We message you on WhatsApp within 12 hours to set it up.

Paid plan

Published pricing: $100 CAD per year for the first device. Extra devices are $40 CAD per year each, up to two extras (three devices total) on the public plan. Four or more TVs: message us and we'll make it make sense.

Payment

Canada: Interac e-Transfer to pay@maplestreamz.com. International: PayPal at paypal.me/maplestreamz. After payment is confirmed, we activate service and message you within 12 hours.

Service

Channel lineups can change. There is no long contract. Cancel via WhatsApp or email (hello@maplestreamz.com / support@maplestreamz.com).

Refunds

The trial is free. If we can't get a paid plan working after a good-faith setup attempt, message us and we'll make it right. Once service is active and working, yearly plans are otherwise non-refundable.
